Star ferry terminus and their surrounding area

The must in this region is the star ferry and Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade. Star ferry is the ferry connecting between Kowloon and the Hong Kong island. Though it takes less than 10 minutes by ferry from Kowloon to the Hong Kong island and vice versa, the scenery from the ferry is beautiful and picturesque. Especially the scenery in the night time is really beautiful. Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade also provides a very beautiful and picturesque view. The promenade is a street along the river. This place is fulled with lots of couples.

If you take the bus, you can see this scenery immediately. This is the entrance of the Taroko mountain.

The road to Tienhsiang is narrow for the bus. However, the drive never care the narrowness of the road and agrresively contine driving. On the other hand, the scenery from the bus window is very spectacle.

This is the region around Tienhsiang. I got off the bus at the Tienhsiang terminal. This picture and the following two pictures are the area around Tienhsiang.

From Tienhsiang, we can enjoy some hiking. This time, I have chosen the hiking route headed down to the Hualien city.

Though the trails are not always so easy to walk, the scenery is so nice.

This scenery was very gorgeous.

Well, walking along the street is not always safe here...
